Major Account
How does it work?
Every time a Major Account books a service call, an email is sent directly to the Hi-Tech representative assigned to your account
informing them of the severity of the call, contact names, dates and times etc.
Should the representative be away from the office, an SMS message is automatically sent to his mobile phone, stating the details outlined
in the automatic email.
